Emails from GomTV's support team to purchasers of the premium ticket say that the TV station provides a free stream. No official confirmation as of now.

Earlier this day GosuGamers.net reported that OGN cancels the contract with GomTV, meaning that there would only be GomTV's pay-per-view stream. Recent information suggest that GomTV will set up a free stream for everyone and changes there premium offer:

"Therefore, we will service 1 season premium ticket which includes VOD service and Premium Live service, and the price will be $19.95.
With premium ticket, you can watch High Quality(500K) streaming live matches and VODs. Free service is the Standard Quality(below 250K) streaming live only, with no VODs.



Moreover, GomTV offers that users who purchased the premium ticket may refund or keep the ticket, which will then be turned into a three season ticket:"You can ask a refund if you are not happy with this new premium service. However, if you keep your purchase, we will reward you the premium ticket for 3 pre-seasons which is valid for all season in this year."

The opening matches of the Global StarCraft 2 League will take place tomorrow Saturday, 4th September at 12:00 CEST. The first match features one of the four participating foreigners, Greg "IdrA" Fields, and Tae "JiTaeHunZenith" Hoon, followed by Han "Maka" Eul Kwak against Hyo "Focus" Seop Eom.

The DSRack LAN have announced their prize purse, which for some may come as a surprise, as a staggering 70 000 EUR in total is up for grabs.

DSRack started off as a reasonably small LAN, concentrating mainly on Counter-Strike:Source. However, this years DSRack event seems to be exceeding everyones expectations as more tournaments have been added, and the prize purse increased, drastically.
